Our KS2 gates open at 8:30am and the school day ends at 3:20pm
This is in line with the government expectation that the school week should be at least 32.5 hours.
Lower School: Years 3 & 4
- 8.30am Gates open
- 8.40am Doors open
- 8.45 am Morning Registration
- 10.30 am Break Time
- 12.00pm - 1.00pm Lunch
- 1.00 pm Afternoon registration
- 3.20 pm End of school day
Upper School: Years 5 & 6
- 8.30am Gates open
- 8.40am Doors open
- 8.45 am Morning Registration
- 10.45 am Break Time
- 12.45pm - 1.45pm Lunch
- 1.45 pm Afternoon registration
- 3.20 pm End of school day
The doors are open to the children from 8.40 am each morning and are supervised by a member of staff. The Year 5/6 block doors are opened by a member of staff in that block. If children are taken out of school for medical reasons during the morning/for home lunch, they cannot be accepted back into school during lunch break.
